Nasal strip prices: which BreathersBliss pack should you choose?

From a first pouch to a supply for your routine

BreathersBliss Intense nasal strips are external, drug-free and single-use. Their mechanical support of the sides of the nose is intended for nasal comfort. The 30-strip pouch lets you get familiar with application and how it feels before buying more.

The Trio pack combines three pouches of 30 strips in black, white and pink: 90 uses in total. You can vary the colour while keeping the same Intense reference. The black 6-month and annual packs contain six and twelve pouches for people who already know their routine.

A larger supply does not make a strip more effective. Its purpose is to keep the right quantity available with fewer separate orders. If you are new to strips, first check application, comfort and your skin’s response.

Compare cost per strip, not just pack names

These reference prices were checked on 7 October 2026 in the French store, in euros, for one-off purchases excluding delivery. They are not converted UK or US prices. Market pricing, offers and the final checkout total may differ or change.

• Intense, 30 strips: €16.90, approximately €0.56 per strip or €16.90 for 30 uses.
• Trio, 90 strips: €39.90, approximately €0.44 per strip or €13.30 for 30 uses.
• Black 6-month pack, 180 strips: €89.90, approximately €0.50 per strip or €14.98 for 30 uses.
• Black annual pack, 360 strips: €149.90, approximately €0.42 per strip or €12.49 for 30 uses.

Calculations use the unrounded total price, then round the result to the nearest cent. At these prices, Trio costs less per strip than the 6-month pack. The annual pack has the lowest unit cost among these four references but the highest upfront spend. Check the product pages for current prices.

How many strips do sport and bedtime use require?

Count the occasions when you actually use a fresh strip. Three sessions a week over four weeks use 12 strips. Thirty nights use 30. If you plan for 30 nights and 12 separate sports sessions, the theoretical total is 42 strips, with a new strip for each separate use.

At the Intense pouch price above, those examples represent €6.76, €16.90 and €23.66 of product consumed. They are not monthly charges or single-strip purchase prices: you buy complete pouches or packs. A month with 31 nights requires one more strip than a 30-strip pouch.

The “annual” name does not mean 365 strips: that pack contains 360. “6-month” means 180 uses here, not a guaranteed duration for everyone. Follow the stated wearing time and precautions rather than extending use to save money.

A pack and a subscription are different choices

A pack is a quantity bought in one purchase. A 6-month pack does not, by its name alone, arrange automatic deliveries for six months. An annual pack is not an annual membership fee.

A subscription option may be offered on certain references. If it appears on your product page, check the recurring price, delivery frequency, quantity per shipment and change or cancellation terms before selecting it. This guide does not assume a shared discount or schedule across products.

For occasional use, a one-off order makes your stock straightforward to track. For an established routine, compare the displayed subscription terms with a suitable pack. Do not decide on recurring deliveries solely from the price of the first shipment.

Choose your format without buying more than you need

New to BreathersBliss? Start with Intense 30. Already using strips and enjoying different colours? Look at Trio. A stable routine and a need for more stock? Compare 180 and 360 strips against real consumption and your upfront budget.

Judge a premium nasal strip by its purpose, application, your comfort and the information available, not a promise of improved performance or guaranteed silence at night. BreathersBliss provides an external strip, several formats and usage guidance to help build your routine.

Clean, dry skin helps application. Do not reuse a removed strip: use a new one and stop if irritation develops. The products below let you check current prices and go straight to the format you prefer.
