Returns and refunds

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Contact support@breathersbliss.com with your order number and the items concerned.

Product condition

Returns concern unused, complete products in their original condition. We do not offer a commercial trial-and-refund guarantee for used strips. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons are no longer eligible for withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, where this statutory exception applies.

How to return your order

Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Customer service will provide the return instructions and address. Keep proof of postage. You pay the return postage unless we made an error or the return is covered by a statutory guarantee.

Refunds

We refund the amounts due, including the initial standard delivery charge when you withdraw from the entire order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost. Additional charges for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.

Promotions and statutory guarantees

Sale and discounted items have the same withdrawal rights as full-price items, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. These conditions do not exclude your rights for faulty or non-conforming goods, including when a fault becomes apparent after use. Contact us to arrange assistance.
