The BreathersBliss Athlete Pack combines nasal strips and mouth tape. They have different uses: nasal strips act on the sides of the nose; mouth tape holds the lips closed.
Nasal strips may improve breathing comfort during training. This pack does not guarantee a higher VO₂max or shorter recovery time.
Seek medical advice before using mouth tape for sleep. Do not use it if your nose is blocked or nasal breathing is difficult. It is not a sleep apnoea treatment. Remove the tape immediately if breathing feels difficult.

BreathersBliss mouth tape consists of pre-cut adhesive strips designed to hold the lips closed. It is different from nasal strips, which are placed on the nose. Choose 30, 60 or 90 strips from the offers above.
Seek medical advice before using mouth tape for sleep. Do not use it if your nose is blocked or nasal breathing is difficult. Remove the strip immediately if you have trouble breathing.
No: mouth tape does not replace medical treatment. There is insufficient evidence that it treats snoring. Persistent snoring or breathing pauses during sleep require medical advice.
