30-day satisfaction guarantee
30 days to find your routine. Try BreathersBliss in everyday life. If the product isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it under the terms below.
What’s covered
The BreathersBliss commercial guarantee covers physical products purchased by consumers at breathersbliss.com from 16 October 2026: Intense and Pure nasal strips, mouth tape, electrolytes, prep wipes and bundles. Products may have been opened and tried in accordance with their instructions. All usage precautions still apply.
30 days from delivery
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your products. For preorders, the period starts on delivery, not payment. Each subscription delivery has its own 30-day period.
A simple request
Email support@breathersbliss.com with your order number and the products concerned. Tell us what didn’t work for you so we can help; you do not need to prove a medical or sporting result. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Returns and refunds
Do not return used strips or opened sticks. If we need remaining products returned, we will provide instructions and a prepaid label. We refund the amount actually paid for the relevant products to the original payment method within 14 days of your complete request. If a return is required, that period starts when we receive the items or proof of postage, whichever comes first.
Refund amount and exclusions
Refunds reflect the discounts actually applied. For bundles, the refund is allocated in proportion to the value of the relevant products within the bundle. Free gifts have no refundable value. This commercial guarantee excludes delivery charges, optional services, digital products, gift cards and business or resale orders.
Subscriptions and statutory rights
A refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription. Manage it in your customer account or ask us to cancel it. This commercial guarantee is additional to your withdrawal rights and statutory guarantees and does not restrict them. Statutory delivery-cost refund rules still apply where they are more favourable.
