How do I prepare the electrolytes?
Pour 300–500 ml of cold water into a glass or bottle, add one 7 g stick and mix until the powder dissolves.
How much water should I use?
Use 300–500 ml of water per stick. With 300 ml, the flavour is stronger; with 500 ml, it is lighter. The amount of minerals stays the same when using a full stick.
What do BreathersBliss electrolytes taste like?
Cherry Limeade combines cherry and lime. Make your drink with cold water and adjust the dilution to suit your taste.
Which minerals does each stick contain?
Each 7 g stick contains 600 mg of sodium, 250 mg of potassium and 50 mg of magnesium. The nutrition table also lists energy, carbohydrates, sugars and salt per serving.
How many sticks should I use each day?
The stated serving is one 7 g stick per day, mixed with 300–500 ml of water. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
Can I take them to training?
Yes. Each stick is individually wrapped: put one in your sports or hiking bag and mix your drink with water when you need it.
How many calories and how much sugar are in a serving?
One 7 g stick contains 6 kcal and 1.5 g of carbohydrates, including 0.5 g of sugars. Adding water alone does not change these amounts per serving.
How should I store the electrolytes?
