Clean and dry your nose. Avoid creams and oils before applying.

Remove the protective film and centre the strip over the sides of your nose.

What precautions apply to mouth tape?
Seek medical advice before use, especially if you snore or have breathing problems. Do not use mouth tape if your nose is blocked. Remove it immediately if breathing becomes uncomfortable or irritation occurs. It does not treat sleep apnoea.
