BreathersBliss mouth tape consists of pre-cut adhesive strips designed to hold the lips closed. It is different from nasal strips, which are placed on the nose. Choose 30, 60 or 90 strips from the offers above.
What defines our mouth tape?
A black, rounded, ready-to-use shape that needs no cutting. Each strip has a protective liner to remove before use. Keep the remaining strips in their pouch until needed.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Adhesives may cause skin irritation or a reaction. Do not apply a strip to irritated or damaged skin, and stop using it if a reaction occurs.
What should I know before use?
Seek medical advice before using mouth tape for sleep. Do not use it if your nose is blocked or nasal breathing is difficult. Remove the strip immediately if you have trouble breathing.

How is it different from a nasal strip?
Mouth tape is placed on the lips to hold them closed. A nasal strip is placed on the outside of the nose to gently lift its sides. They are two different products.
Can mouth tape be reused?
Each strip is for single use. Use a fresh strip for each application and keep the remaining strips in their pouch.
Does mouth tape treat snoring or sleep apnoea?
No: mouth tape does not replace medical treatment. There is insufficient evidence that it treats snoring. Persistent snoring or breathing pauses during sleep require medical advice.
