Clean and dry: remove moisturiser, skin oils and moisture.

Position: place over the sides of the nose as shown in the instructions.

Press, then train: secure both ends before exercise. Remove gently with warm water.

Will it stay on in every condition?
No. Skin, application, duration and sweat affect hold. Enhanced grip still requires clean, dry skin.
Does it increase oxygen or performance?
We promise no oxygen percentage or sporting improvement. The strips work mechanically on the outside of the nose.
Can I reuse a strip?
No. Each strip is single use. Follow the instructions and stop if irritation occurs.
