Will they stay on during intense workouts?
The Intense range is designed to offer stronger adhesion during sporting activities. For a good hold, apply the strip to a clean, completely dry nose, without cream or oil, then press each end for a few seconds.
What makes BreathersBliss nasal strips different?
BreathersBliss nasal strips gently lift the sides of your nose to encourage freer nasal breathing, without medication or a device. Easy to apply and designed for single use, they fit into your training, nights and everyday routine. Several colours and pack sizes are available.

Impressive results! A real breath of fresh air, smoother breathing through the nose!
I wore them for my motocross competitions — incredibly easy to breathe.
