Inside your pack

• One pouch of 30 Intense nasal strips (black, pink or white, according to your selection). Follow the instructions on the product page.
• One pouch of 30 Cherry Limeade electrolyte sticks. Mix 1 stick with 300–500 ml of water; 1 stick per day.
• One pouch of 30 mouth strips. Seek medical advice before use. Do not use with a blocked nose; remove the strip if you experience breathing discomfort. This product does not treat sleep apnoea.

Pre-order: electrolytes ship approximately 4 weeks after ordering. This lead time applies to the electrolytes; transit time is additional.

The Intense range is designed to offer stronger adhesion during sporting activities. For a good hold, apply the strip to a clean, completely dry nose, without cream or oil, then press each end for a few seconds.
